Planning and Engineering
After so many years in the business of providing power, we know how important
it is to understand the specific site and project requirements. Our planning and engineering group will design the site to meet both the technical requirements as well as any applicable standards and regulations.
Mobilization and Procurement
GenRent's outstanding project Management & Logistics skills, supported by its world renowned development and project execution abilities, begin to work as soon as the contract is signed. Utilizing both are existing fleet and equipment, as well as our excellent relationships with leading suppliers, the procurement & mobilization of the required equipment is focused on delivering our commitment to you.
Civil Works
As soon as the planning and engineering is complete, the site preparation and civil works begin. In many cases, we leverage our experience as a truly global company to partner with local companies who are familiar with each sites unique characteristics and conditions. Not only are we able to ensure a seamless working process, we are also happy to support the local employees and economy.
Installation Works
Upon arrival of the equipment installation works begin. Our team will work round the clock to ensure a flawless installation of our modular power plants and to complete all the related mechanical and electrical works.
AC and Grid Construction
While installation works take place inside our site, work takes place to ensure the connection to the local grid. Each grid has its own unique specifications and our team works hard to make the perfect connection between the power plant and the local grid.
Commissioning
Installation works are complete and so are the AC and grid construction. At the commissioning stage we run rigorous tests to ensure that all the pieces are in place and that the plant is ready to generate the power required.
Operation and Maintenance
once the power plant is up and running, we ensure the seamless operation of the plant by using our advanced controlling and management systems. Our team present on site, together with local employees trained by us, will be constantly monitoring the plant’s operation and power production. Throughout the contract duration, we will ensure that the team on site is always both skilled and equipped with the required parts and resources.
Decommissioning
At the end of the contract, in the same way we built our modular plant, we will decommission it, and fully clear and clean the site.
